Troubled Teens - The law today is becoming more focused toward teen and adolescent's rights and becoming more difficult to find help on a local basis. Several state laws give children as young as age 12 the same rights as an adult. They can refuse to take a drug test and can not be physically reprimanded by their parent or guardian.
